Shipping & Processing
Shipping Time Estimates:
We work to provide clear and reliable delivery estimates for every XXI Lierre® order. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and may vary based on product availability, order processing, destination, customs review, and carrier schedules.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Average transit time is approximately 15 business days (about 3 weeks). Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Delayed Deliveries:
Although we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery windows, customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the schedule.
XXI Lierre® cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or accept responsibility for carrier or customs delays beyond our control. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Customer-Requested Delivery Dates:
If you need an order for a holiday, birthday, or other specific date, please order well in advance. A requested delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival date, and we cannot accept responsibility when external delays prevent delivery by that date.
Refunds for Delivery Delays:
A delivery delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. We aim to process orders within 24 hours, but transit after dispatch remains subject to the carrier and other factors outside our control.
Lost or damaged shipments are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Free replacement is available only when insured shipping was purchased at checkout.
Tracking and Customer Communication:
When tracking is available, please use it to follow your shipment. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide status updates and assist with the information available from the carrier.
